The last thing Jesus said to His disciples before leaving this earth in Acts 1:8 was, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my WITNESSES in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Jesus tells us that we are to be His WITNESSES here, there, and to the very ends of the earth. This is not only our identity as His disciples, but also how we are called to live. That’s why, at Riverside, our mission is to make disciples and live on mission.
Beginning September 1st, we invited our whole community into 40 days of intentional prayer, fasting, and taking action. One way we can live this out is by sharing our testimony and telling others what God has done in our lives.
Take a few minutes to watch these testimony videos from people in our church. They’re simple examples of how we can share our stories and point others to Jesus that every one of us can do!
