Position Description:
Our mission at Riverside Community Church is to multiply disciples, and
live on mission. The Student Ministry Director is designed to give you first-hand experience in
ministry, and to help you grow as a leader and follower of Jesus. This position will work with the
Family Pastor, as well as the team of volunteers to connect and disciple students, and assist in
event planning and executing.

Responsibilities
• Regularly connect with students in small group setting outside of scheduled meetings
• Participate in Student Ministry programming on Wednesdays
• Teach occasionally on Wednesday nights
• Administrative support to the Student Ministry
• Assist with social media posting and strategy
• Occasionally attend Riverside staff meetings
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Meet and collaborate with Family Ministry team for strategic planning and events.
