Riverside is a board governed, elder led, staff empowered community of believers. The Board of Directors are a group of people who have been nominated by the body and tasked with overseeing the Lead Pastor and maintaining the mission and vision of Riverside. The Elders are led by the Lead Pastor and oversee the health of the body, the staff, and lead out in servitude with strategy and vision. The staff is tasked with equipping and empowering the body to make disciples and live on mission.
