Emmaus

Most of us have experienced times in our lives, where we feel lost, broken, and even defeated. You wonder what your purpose in life truly is. For me I simply go back to Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." This verse reminds me that I have purpose in life, and that God has not abandoned me. For when I commit to having God in my daily life I do know my true purpose. And he has my best interest at heart, and an incredible future.

WHAT IS EMMAUS?

Regardless of your faith background, or even if you are new to your belief in Christ. The "Walk to Emmaus," experience can be your next step in your journey in Christian Discipleship. Over a three day period, the "Walk" will focus on the New Testament and the message of God's Grace. Guided by both Laity, and clergy you will learn about God's plan for you, and how you can, "pass it forward."
